Summer. A must for Fetes & Galas. One-up-manship on the usual donkey rides! The camels can carry one medium sized adult or two children between the humps. Three camels & handlers are usually supplied for each event. A novel and interesting attraction. Event organisers arrange for helpers to assist in loading the camels and assist with rides and crowd control in an effort to reduce costs. Rides are approximately 25 yards there and back again.
Winter. Ideal for Christmas and Winter Fairs “The Nativity Camels”.(3 camels and 3 wise handlers). Loaders as for summer. The camels need a supply of fresh clean water. They are also available for Publicity, film & TV work etc.
Costs vary but rule of thumb prices will be from £1350 plus vat plus traveling payable before the day.
